Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the apparel is free of pet hair, odors, or signs of wear.
Print and Ship
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
