The PDD Stage 2 46mm turbo for the 3.5L Ford EcoBoost is a high-performance upgrade featuring a larger 46mm compressor wheel (vs. stock 36mm) and a 51mm inducer / 47mm exducer turbine wheel.

  • Compressor Wheel: 6+6 Blade 46m/57mm Billet Compressor Wheel
  • Turbine Wheel: 9 Blade 51mm/47mm Inconel Turbine Wheel 

Additional Details: 

  • Significantly upgraded compressor and turbine deliver substantially higher airflow, faster spool, reduced lag, and superior top-end flow compared to stock or Stage 1 units. 

  • Supports 650-800+ whp (wheel horsepower) on E85 or race fuel with proper tuning, upgraded fueling, intercooler, exhaust, and drivetrain mods—well beyond stock limits (~350-425 whp) and Stage 1 potential. 

  • Direct drop-in design—no changes to manifold, piping, or major fabrication; maintains factory mounting, connections, and wastegate setup. 

  • Includes MAHLE turbo installation kit: all required gaskets & fittings. 

  • No core charge - these are new turbos!

  • Compressor inlet is larger than stock to allow the larger compressor wheel.  Turbo will need a larger compressor inlet boot.   

This turbo excels in high-power street/strip or track builds, providing aggressive gains in mid-to-high RPM power while keeping drivability strong and avoiding the fitment issues of larger non-OEM housings. Pair with a custom tune, upgraded fuel system, and supporting mods for best results.
